This a condo located in the Yachting haven of Marina Royale in Marigot. Surrounded by designer duty free shops, restaurants, cafe and bars. It is minutes from patisseries and waterfront dining. Also minutes away from the ferry to St Barths and Anguilla. It's a budget holiday apartment. You can explore the beaches and next door dutch side by safe local buses which cost a dollar a Time. You can hire a boat o a car for the day and pick it up outside your door. It is the best starting point for everything you want to do on holiday. It has cooking facilities and refrigerator but you probably wont spend much time cooking as there is so much to do in St Martin.

Marigot is an unusual Caribbean destination. It has a taste of everything - gourmet french cuisine while watching the sunset. clean calm crystal clear blue seas. Good wines and good customer service. It is close to other islands like St Barths and Anguilla where all the Hollywood stars take their holidays. The ferry for day trips is minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is in a yachting Marina in the heart of the designer shopping precinct. They will sell you whatever you want in dollars instead of Euro's and everyone speaks English, French and Spanish. Getting around is easy with a network of small safe buses to any part of the island or you car hire a car for $35 a day. It is a great place for an activity holiday, painting, surfing, biking, horse riding, cooking and there are exhibitions and concerts and museums to visit.
