This beautifully furnished & decorated beach house provides a wonderful spot on Panama City Beach for a relaxing family vacation. This house is located on Utes Dr., south of Thomas Dr. Just one block from the beach & has a large semi-private pool (shared w/1 other home) in the back yard. Views of the Gulf from all balconies. Enjoy 2450 square feet of living area spread over three floors. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (3rd floor), one has a queen size bed (2nd floor), & the kids' room has a bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top (1st floor). There is also a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room (2nd floor). Every bedroom has an LCD TV & DVD player. There is a 42 inch LCD TV in the living room with HD channels, DVD player, surround sound and integrated stereo. Wireless Internet & long-distance included. Fabulous full equipped gourmet kitchen. Oversized dining room table. New house furnished spring 2008.

It is south of Thomas Drive so there is direct access to the beach without having to cross any roads through traffic. Just minutes from great restaurants, golfing, St. Andrews State Park, night clubs, Shipwreck Island water park, marinas for trips to Shell Island, numerous other family activities. House is one block from the beach.
