We ask that you clean the property upon vacating. We have a $150 cleaning service fee that is not included. We will bill you $150 if the property is not cleaned upon departure. *see departure rules. Absolutely no smoking on the property, inside or out. Any smoking related damages to the property will be a $500 fine. Absolutely no pets on the property, inside or out. Any pets found on the property will be a $500 fine. Otherwise, we are really nice people to deal with. Just looking out for our next guest who may be allergic to smoke or pets or both. Strictly Non-Smoking We ask that you refrain from smoking while on the property. We charge a $500 vent fogging fee if we detect the smell of smoke in the property.
Absolutely no pets Pets are not allowed whether you bring them or a friend brings their pet for a nite. The owner is allergic, and there will be a $500 cleaning fee assessed.
