This home's location offers a 30 minute drive either way to Provincetown or Hyannis, National Sheashore (Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach) beaches within 1 mile as well as The Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor Center Eastham Bay beaches as well as various fresh water ponds are only minutes away. This homes location provides easy access to the bike trail across the street. Being a commercial fisherman I have great experience and familiarity with the lower cape.Also I have associations with many of the areas fishing charter boat services as well as the area's bait shops.
