Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Riviera Villas. This privately owned apartment is only 100 yards from one of the most gorgeous, tranquil white sand beaches on Grand Bahama Island. Situated in a quiet location of Port Lucaya, it is less than a 2 minute walk to public transportation and a mile from the Port Lucaya Marketplace with its shopping, watersports, dining, golf, and nightly entertainment. Swim/snorkel in the warm tropical waters. Only a quick ride to the nearest grocery store and airport. We have done our best to provide you with comfortable beds, furniture, pillows. One bathroom with tub/shower. Completely equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Bath towels, linens, provided. Don't forget your beach towels. Air-conditioning in every room. Please, no smoking.

We are located in a quieter area. Rarely do you see more than a dozen people on the beach. Yet we are only a mile from all the excitement: casino, marketplace, restaurants, nightlife, etc. So you have the best of both worlds! You can pick up the shuttle bus right at the end of the block, and it will take you right to all the fun.

Further Details for the villa in the Bahamas

Terms of Lease Renters must agree to all terms in order to lease any units at Riviera Villas. Renters must report any damages immediately to the property manager when they first check in, or they will be charged for the damages. Renters will be responsible for any extraordinary cleaning charges for dirt above and beyond what is expected with normal use. Owners are not responsible for any personal injuries, theft or losses incurred by the renter or any member of the renter's party. If the premises are not vacated by check-out time, overtime cleaning charges may be passed on to the renter.
