  • Book your summer vacation before May 1st and receive $75 off our weekly rates. You must arrive on or before September 1st.
  • We also provide 3 and 5 hour guided pontoon boat outings. Our rates are still less expensive than the local marinas who charge extra for the use of water toys and require you to pay to refuel at the end of your trip. The cost of a 3 hour outing is $155 and the price for 5 hours and $180. This fee includes one full tank of gas. Please let us know if you would like to book your boat trip as well when you contact us.

If you are in need of certain items such as bicycles . . . . we can usually arrange for 2-4 teenage to adult bicycles for a weekly rental fee; a high chair and portacrib are also available upon request. There are stairs into the front of this unit, however, it may be possible for a no stair access onto the deck into the living room, please advise if you may need this type of option. Pets: are generally not allowed, however, there may be times of the year when we offer a special that would allow pets for an extra fee.

Meet the Chapman's Hi, we're the Chapman's . . . Burt and Kim and we're looking forward to meeting you. Burt and I have lived in the Ozarks our entire lives, and we have watched Branson grow from its first McDonald's in 1976, that Burt managed, to the new Branson Landing and we are excited about our venture with you to help you have a wonderful, comfortable and memorable time here in the beautiful Ozark Foothills Burt and I have been married 13 years and we are blessed with 4 children, & 5 grandchildren. We have enjoyed our careers in health care and are now looking forward to something with a little less adrenaline, and more time with our family, friends and new guests. This project and time in our lives is dedicated to our nephew . . . Love is not written on paper, for paper can be erased. Nor is it etched on stone, for stone can be broken. But it is inscribed on a heart and there it shall remain forever . . . We love you and miss you .

Area Attractions Only 1/4mi away, you can visit Silver Dollar City and step back in time to an 1880's craft village filled with 20th century thrills and 5 fabulous festivals. Then enjoy A Night To Remember at Celebration City with the Midwest's largest nightly spectacular, power-packed with fireworks, lasers and 150-foot fire towers. Cool off at Branson's premiere water park, White Water, or treat yourself to a one of a kind dinner and show on Table Rock Lake's ultimate lake voyage, the Showboat Branson Belle. Branson is considered 'The Live Music Show Capital of the World'. With over 30 theaters playing host to over 60 shows, you'll have no problem finding a show in Branson that suits your taste!

Attractions continued: Branson has 6 area golf courses. Ledgestone is only 3mi away and was called by Golf Digest 'a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture.' Spectacular scenery accentuates the hilly terrain and dense forests that border virtually all of the narrow Zoysia fairways. Water is in play on 10 holes. Bunkers surround the speedy bent grass greens. Ledgestone has become the favorite course of many of its visitors. For those who enjoy fun on the lake, two marinas are less than 10 minutes away and offers pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats, or wave runners for rental.
