Big Canoe cabin Rental Property Information

Relax on the deck or the screened porch. Enjoy this spacious two-bedroom, 2 bath home located above Lake Pettit at Big Canoe. Easy to get to and only minutes from the lake, the swim club and the Village. This home has a queen in the master, twins in the second, a queen sleep sofa in the living room and a twin sleep sofa on the upper landing. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and fireplace. Nice deck and screened porch. Gas grill on the deck. TV, VCR, DVD, and cable. Very well maintained jewel in the mountains. No smoking and no pets. Good Parking

The Big Canoe Community is a gated community located between Jasper and Dawsonville that straddles Pickens and Dawson counties at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We are located about 1.5 hours north of Atlanta. The Big Canoe Community offers golf, tennis, fitness, swimming, fishing, non-outboard boating, hiking and dining amenities on a pay as you use basis. Big Canoe is well placed to allow for sight-seeing in the North Georgia Mountains. Close by is shopping at North Georgia Premium Outlet as well as many attractions that allow for a day-trip to Atlanta such as The Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, Stone Mountain and the High Museum. Amicalola Falls State Park is 30 minutes from the Community offering an opportunity to view from the top of the falls. Ellijay is located about 45 minutes northwest of the Community and offers antiquing. In October of each year, Jasper presents the Marble Festival with tours of the marble mines and festivals in the city.
