    - A $250 credit card authorization for the security deposit will be required at check-in by the property management company.

    - Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

    - Payments may be made by check, money order, certified bank check or credit cards. Payments must be made using US funds.

    - If you wish to pay with a credit card you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal, however, there is a 3% convenience fee added for the transaction.

Cancellation Policy If for any reason the guest wishes to cancel their reservation he should notify the owner at the earliest possible time by phone or e-mail, followed by a written confirmation. If after the cancellation the owner manages to get a reservation for some or all the dates cancelled he will then refund the money up to the amount paid by the new guest. If, on the other hand, the owner is unable to find a new reservation for some or all the dates cancelled the owner shall be entitled to any payments already made according to the following conditions and charges: If the cancellation occurs up to 60 days prior to the arrival date - $250.00 reservation deposit. If the cancellation occurs 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date - 50% of the rental total. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date - 90% of the rental total. The payment of the reservation deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
