The shops and restaurants of Gulf Place & the exciting new Grand Boulevard (Flemings Steak House, Tommy Bahama's Restaurant, Orvis, PF Changs, Mitchells Fish Market, Cantina Laredo, Publix Supermarket and more) are only about five minutes away. Seaside and grayton beach with it's famous 'Red Bar' are nearby and it's only about 12 minutes to the Silver Sands Outlets. Evening concerts at popular Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are all less than 15 minutes away.   • The Third floor has two bedrooms. The Master has it's own private deck from which you'll see incredible views for miles and feel like you are on top of the world, oversized comfy chairs, luxurious poster bed and large private bath with jetted tub and double vanity. A real 'treat' is the spacious tile shower (big enough for 2!) with it's own window from which you can see the beautiful beach while you shower! The second bedroom is very charming with a King bed, LOTS of windows to the gulf and it's own private entrance to the observation deck. Adjoining them, the third floor 'observation lounge' has a 42' LCD TV with surround sound & a mini kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, wet bar and fridge, and a deck from which you'll be treated to breathtaking sunsets. The second floor has a King bedroom with Gulf view. The first floor has three bedrooms. Nestled between the House and the carriage house is a large paver patio with private heated pool with waterfall for your enjoyment. You'll love grilling on the large 44- burger capacity stainless gas grill with two separate grill stations (one infrared for hi-temp meat searing) and side burner. Beautiful paver driveway and Parking area is very generous and will fit 6+ cars
