  • Payment Process

    Reservation deposit must be received within 7 days of making reservation. The deposit equals 30% of total rental fee, or $100 (whichever is greater).

    If reservation canceled 30 days or more before 1st day of reservation, deposit refunded minus $100.00 process fee. If reservation canceled less than 30 days from 1st day of reservation, no refund on deposit.

    Balance of rental fee plus $100 damage deposit in cash, certified check or money order due at time of check in. If reservation made less than 14 days before check-in, entire rental amount due at check-in in cash or certified funds/money order. Damage deposit returned via mail within 14 days after checkout. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3pm ET, check-out time is 10am ET.

We're already talking about coming again next summer for a whole week. This was our first trip to Saugatuck and hopefully won't be our last. Your cottage is definitely a great find in Saugatuck!
