- The rates are based on a total of up to 8 guests and are weekly for low season and excludes special events, holidays, mid season periods and taxes. For each additional guest, there will be an additional fee of $150 per week. Holidays have extra fee. Please email for quotes. FOR POOL TO BE HEATED IS $35 PER DAY ADDITIONAL.
A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is ABSOLUTELY OPEN AND AVAILABLE UNTIL IT IS BOOKED, and is booked when 50 % deposit is received.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $350 US. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $650 US. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $1000 US. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Note: Until confirmed or booked, rates are subject to change. - Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% of the total booking is due for the booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of a booking less than 30 days in advance, other arrangements would be made as the balance and the rental contract would need to be received prior to check-in. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment depending on the time constraints.
A $750.00 fully refundable damage deposit is due upon arrival, payable in cash or can be paid prior to arrival using PAYPAL.
The damage deposit of $750 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after your stay. You will be charged for damage done to the premises beyond normal wear and tear.

BEACHES!!!, Adventure, Casinos, Golf Course Thisl Vacation House or Luxury Villa is located just 22 miles or 30 minute drive from the world famous and celebrity infested South Beach , with its nightclubs and trendy restuarants. Also, it is only a 15 minute or so drive to Famous Key Biscayne with its quieter beaches of Crandon Beach and Virginia Key Beach (these are some very beautiful beaches too!). At the end of Key Biscayne is Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park (voted one of America's TOP TEN BEACHES!!) with its historic Lighthouse (now open to the public for tours!) The views are espectacular and so is the swimming. Visitors come to the park to sunbathe, swim, and picnic on over a mile of sandy Atlantic beachfront. Biking and kayaking are also popular activities. Anglers can throw in their lines from the seawall along Biscayne Bay for some of the best shoreline fishing in the region. Guided tours of the lighthouse and lighthouse keeper´s cottage are given twice daily, Thursdays through Mondays.
PORT OF MIAMI/ THE KEYS Just a 20 minute or so drive to downtown Miami with Port of Miam also world known Fashion & Design District, Miami Arena, the new Opera & Ballet theatre, Museums & Planterium, Bayside Market, and the financial centers. If you go south from our home, around 35 minute to 40 minute drive, you will be entering the florida Keys. Key Largo is the first Key. We welcome families and girls and guys gateway.
SHOPPING!!! Only 5 minutes away and Very close to some of the finest shopping in the world! Also Just minutes from the design district, downtown, Coral Gables, South Miami, Merrick Shoppes, Brickel Avenue, the famous Falls Shopping Center, the HUGE discount outlets of Dolphin Mall, and just 30 minutes up the Florida Turnpike to world reknown Sawgrass MIlls, and so much, much MORE!!! Just let us know what you are looking for and we will give you all the info you need.
