Handicap accessible. 5 minute bike ride to Corn Hill (bay)or Long Nook/Balston (ocean) beaches. Near local art center for classes, also Audobon center. Low traffic area - near Provincetown for shopping and art galleries, libraries, many fine restaurants, classes in windsurfing, sailing, bike paths. Extensive beaches, dunes. Screened in porch, open deck. Fireplace, bus service to nearby towns, smells of ocean, roses and pine, sense of local history all around.

Close to a wine vineyard, charming world class Highland Links golf, the Wellfleet Audobon Center and many serene walks in the woods for blueberry gathering, also variety of beaches . Great for bird watchers, naturalists of all stripes. If you love peacefulness and sense of beach wilderness while being able to wine, dine and have your coffee and bagels, you'll be very happy here.

Golf Information: Our house is a 10 minute drive from one of the oldest, most beautiful and in many ways, challenging golf courses in the country, Highland LInks. With greens situated on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic, and wildflowers all year around, it's a great walk for all ages.
