Welcome to Casa La Playa.....It's Paradise!! Five years ago, on our second trip to Costa Rica, we discovered Nosara. We came for a few days, stayed for two weeks, and bought this lot the day before we returned home. Originally designed with the ‘L’ on the opposite side of the house, we discovered that a family of howler monkeys used that edge of the property to make their way around, so we redesigned the house so they would continue to have unfettered access. We saved as many trees as we could, and added mango, orange, lemon, banana, and coconut. With its lush, indigenous landscaping, you get the ultimate in luxury and privacy, yet you’re only a four-minute walk to the famous Playa Guiones beach for swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and surfing. With 24-hour security, the house is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans both inside and out.
