Hampton Beach cottage Rental Property Information
Nice clean cottage in quiet family neighborhood. Off street parking for 3 cars. Three bedrooms with double beds, ceiling fans in all rooms. Large deck in rear. Washer, clothes line, full kitchen. Television with cable, DVD, VCR. Walking distance to beach, its a block away.
We do not rent to graduating seniors, or anyone under 21 who is not accompanied by parents.

Hampton Beach is a great getaway for families. Besides sunbathing and swimming, there are many activities within waking distance: a playground, arcades, trinket shops, miniature golf, ice cream and candy! A Fireworks display is held on the beach every Wednesday during the summer season and on the 4th of July. In addition, there are free concerts & other shows at the free Seashell arena. The Hampton Beach Casino also attracts many famous stage acts. For weekly activities throughout the summer and for the casino line up, I would suggest visiting the web site for Hampton Beach to map out your vacation.
There are many nearby attractions as well and many wonderful beaches along the east cost within an hour's ride: Newburyport, Kittery Mills, Portsmouth and Portland to name just a few.
Mooring Drive is located in the middle of the beach within a walking distance of the state park and the casino. It also offers the comfort of a residential street.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee will be returned within 10 days if property is left clean and no property damage.
- Non refundable deposit equal to 1/2 of weekly rent is due at time of reservation - balance is due 30 days in advance of rental check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited fro non payment. A lease will be mailed to you within 7 days of your reservation - once payment clears and signed lease agreement is returned, your dates will be officially reserved. Money Orders and Cashier Checks are preferred.

NO PETS ALLOWED and will terminate rental agreement.
Any complaints from surrounding neighbors will terminate the rental agreement and forfeiture of funds.
