Sunriver house Rental Property Information

This luxurious home has been completely remodeled during the past year. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. At Pine Bough 13 you can relax and enjoy all of the comforts of an elegant home, including relaxing in the private Hot Tub. Pine Bough #13 is located in a popular area on the south side of Sunriver. It is just a short walk to the South Pool, Tennis Courts, Sage Springs Spa and the Sunriver Village Mall, where you will find shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The home is 2-story with four bedrooms and two remodeled bathrooms. Each room has a TV and there are 2 DVD players and 2 VCRs. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound stereo in the living room. A new gas fireplace with river rock surround is perfect for those cool mountain nights. There are 4 adult bikes, 1 youth bike and 1 bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sun River. High speed/wireless internet will keep you connected.
