Brand new beach side home with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and San Luis Pass. This cheerful, colorful home is comfortable as well as beautiful. The master bedroom/bathroom suite occupies the entire upstairs. French doors open to a private balcony with a great view of the pass. A large soaking tub and separate shower offer the luxury of a fine hotel. The kitchen is the heart of this home. Two sink preparation areas will allow for multiple cooks to be working at the same time. Dining for six with two more at the bar. Quick walk-over to the beach and San Luis Pass fishing pier. 20 minutes to historic Galveston for museums, Victorian homes, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, and great seafood.

Treasure Island is located across the San Luis Pass from the west end of Galveston. We are located on the bend where the Gulf of Mexico goes through the Pass into Galveston West Bay. It is an awesome sight! This is a bird and fishing paradise. Six miles of remote wide beaches and the best shells on the Texas coast. Just 20 minutes into historic Galveston for Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, fabulous restaurants, historic Victorian homes, the 1860 Grand Opera House and much, much more.

Rental Policy, Extra Charges We only rent to 'families' with a responsible attitude. Absolutely no graduation, prom, fraternity or sorority groups with or without adult supervision. Our home is NOT available for rental to groups or individuals celebrating Spring Break, Beach Party weekend, Mardi Gras, graduation, weddings, receptions or parties of any kind or size. ** Extra Charges: Rates are for 6 persons. $10 extra per person per night, 8 person max. $25 per day for R/V, motor home, etc. 3 day limit.

Keys, Reservations and Payment **Keys: Arrival- A key will be left in the lock box. We will either call or email you with the combination to the lock box prior to your arrival. Please remember to write this number down and have it with you. Once inside the house, there are multiple sets of keys for other members of your party. **Keys: Departure- Leave all keys in the house except the one key which you will put back in the lock box after locking all doors and windows. There will be a $25 charge for each set of keys not returned. We don’t want your money; we just want the keys. **Reservations & Payment: The full rental amount is due 30 days before arrival if paid with a personal check. Credit cards are accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Security Deposit, Cancellation and Weather **Security Deposit: A security deposit of $350 is required upon making reservations and will be returned within 10 days of departure. Any damages, excessive cleaning charges, or late departure fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival if made with a personal check. The security deposit does not limit your liability. More overnight guests than the maximum of 8 will be cause for eviction and loss of deposit. **Cancellation & Weather: A full refund will be given if reservations are canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date. If cancellation is less than 30 days, the deposit is forfeited unless the house is re-rented for your canceled date. We will do everything possible to fill that time slot so you do not lose your deposit. Ask about evacuation refunds policy.
