Villa Acquabella invites you and up to 23 guests (an additional two to 8 guests in the semi-attached guest cottage) to experience the architectural beauty and comfort of this spacious luxury vacation villa. V.A. adorns the shore of secluded and pristine Water Island, located just minutes from beautiful St Thomas and St John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The panoramic and beautiful views of the St Thomas harbor and mountains, and west to the small cays and the island of Culebra, Puerto Rico are astounding especially at night when it all twinkles and glistens. Water Island is a treasure yet to be discovered, complete with a gorgeous half moon shaped beach and bay known as Honeymoon Beach. The property is a two minute walk to Honeymoon beach or you may ride in the golf car provided. The beach hosts a mobile restaurant, Heidi’s Honeymoon Grill, and Joe’s Beach Bar. Lounge, sunbathe, snorkel, or kayak all day long.

More Activities You may also choose to enjoy some biking and hiking to the old fort, or around the 491.5 acre (199 Hectare) island. Water Island is easily accessible via ferry service from Crown Bay Marina, or private skipper and boat available for special trips to St Thomas or other islands.

The Villa Villa Acquabella comprises over 5500 square foot (510 square meters) of open living space with expansive outdoor patios and galleries. The infinity edge swimming pool expands the entire waterfront posterior of the house measuring approximately 75 feet (25 meters). For relaxing even more after a long day at the beach the six person hot spa is perfect, and it is soothing as it overflows into the pool.

The Cottage Guest cottage is a private multi-level 1100 square foot dream which may be rented together with the main house for large parties or alone for smaller parties. The master suite with bath is with a queen bed, trundle bed, twin sleeper divan, sitting area and desk with balcony. The lower level has a full kitchen, living room with two full sleeper divans and bath, with a covered lanai that has an excellent view. PLEASE NOTE: if renting just the guest cottage and there are other guests in main villa, cottage guests will not have access to swimming pool area. Villa Acquabella, situated on the jewel that is Water Island, is available for rental as a single main residence or combined with the guest cottage, or the guest cottage alone.
