Check in and check out time is flexible, depending on your schedule. There is a $500 deposit to reserve the condo for one week. Full payment must be received promptly after you book the condo. We will not consider the reservation firm until payment is received. If paying by check (other than certified or bank check) reservation is not firm until check has cleared at the bank. Credit Cards accepted.
    There are no refunds.
  • Multiple months rate negotiable. A security deposit iof $500 is required for ALL rentals. The security deposit will be promptly refunded within 30 days of end of rental, provided villa is maintained in good condition).
