Gated Community with Heated Pool The community in which the house is located is six years old. The homes are lovely and the lawns and tropical foliage are beautifully maintained. The house has a large screened enclosure surrounding the pool which is 12x24. The pool area in the rear of the house directly overlooks the lake. The picture window in the living room looks out over the pool and lake.
