Sandpoint condo Rental Property Information

This Schweitzer condo has a modern but elegant style which maximizes the living space so that renters and guests can maximize their stay. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are open to one another in a great room style. The unit contains luxurious cork flooring over hydronic heated floors and a cozy fireplace next to a 42” plasma TV with surround sound, DVD player, and satellite service providing over 250 channels and radio stations. For sleeping arrangements, there is stylish and comfortable master bedroom with a queen size bed. A second room can be used for entertaining with a futon sofa/bed and coffee table, and then converts into a bedroom with a Murphy pull down creating a bunk bed style setting. In addition, there is a private cedar lined sauna by Finlanda in the master bath, and a huge jetted Japanese soaking tub with room for two adults to get wet up to their chins. The tub is located in a beautiful wet room which includes double shower heads.
