High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house. This beautiful cozy chalet is customized to make your vacation stay enjoyable in a very private setting. Other properties that offer the same features are way more expensive and are located in crowded communities. This house is not in a community, it is surrounded by trees and is located in a very private area away from neighbors and road noise. This 5-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodates up to 15 guests. Features: * 1st Floor: A large family room with a fireplace and a seating area, a pool table and satellite TV. Three nice size bedrooms, a full bath, and a kitchen with a small nook. * 2nd Floor: A great room with high vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room. A fireplace, dining room table and a fold out table just in case you have guests. Huge sliding doors to the deck and satellite TV next to the fireplace. Two nice size bedrooms, a full bath and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Rental Rates for the chalet in Poconos, Pennsylvania, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Security Deposit: $300 for Parties of 4 - $400 for Parties of 8 - $500 for Parties of 12
  • The $225 Cleaning fee includes: fresh towels, linens and bedding, cleaning of both floors, sanitizing the bathrooms and bathtubs, as well as hot tub maintenance.

    Heated swimming pool is open from from May 20th - September 5th (Memorial Day - Labor Day) There is an additional $200 fee for pool heating and maintenance.
    September 6th - May 19th - Total to add to the cost of the rental is $225.
    May 20th - September 5th - Total to add to the cost of the rental is $425.
  • A payment for 50% of the rental plus the security deposit is due to reserve the dates. The remainder is due 45 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is generally returned with 2 weeks of your departure as long as there is no damage.

More details The deck is huge, with a table for outdoor dining during the warmer seasons, and steps down to the private pool and hot tub wrapped by another deck. Fall and Winter time offers great local activities, as well as some of the best skiing in the North East. Jack Frost and Big Boulder are located just minutes away from the house. Camelback is just about 20 minutes away. Relax with a hot cup of coffee or a hot chocolate in front of the fireplace. Since the house is in a wooded area there is rarely any wind on the colder days, just crisp fresh air. If you love the American outdoors but prefer to sleep in a soft warm bed, this is a great combination.

More details (con't.) If you are looking to come as two families you can separate the floors as a two bedroom and a three bedroom. We used to do this with our relatives and enjoy months together without getting in each others way. The floors are connected by a staircase with a door that locks on both sides. Playground, hot tub and pool table are available to guests of this house only. All new for 2007 - Hot tub spa therapy. This outdoor Jacuzzi sits 7 people and is located in a very private setting. Access directly from the house or a huge deck that wraps most of the house. Private swimming pool (18 feet x 33 feet) - Open May 25th -September 3rd. Holiday Rates and Reservation Instructions: Many people are planning ahead, most reservations are filled 45 - 60 days prior to the arrival date. If your interested in renting out the house, please check the calendar as I try to keep it as current as possible.
