Downstairs there is a woodshed/utility room, a sink room for dish washing/food preparation, a kitchen with dining area, a large combined living room/dining area (with 3 tables, plenty of chairs, 2 sofas), and a bedroom. Lovely semi-private beach is great for bringing a kayak or canoe to paddle along the rugged coatline.
