Two Bathrooms, completely furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room. The unit has just undergone renovation. All furnishings and bathrooms clean and in good working condition. Bath towels and linens provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Swimming pool, outdoor showers, Lounge chairs and picnic area on the property grounds. Please, no smoking indoors. Please no children allowed. The Owners are not responsible for any personal injuries, theft or losses incurred by the renter or any member of the renter's party. Renters will be responsible for any damages to the condominium during their stay.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 people. (no children allowed). FREE - UNLIMITED High speed cable internet access. FREE Cable TV service Discounts for long term rentals. Holiday rates apply. 50% Deposit required to ensure reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Long TERM RENTAL welcome:
