Kitchen with granite counter tops.
Beautifully furnished, including all linens. Full washer and dryer in the unit. And a 30-foot deep-water boat slip in a protected harbour. Immediate bay access and quick ocean access via Channel Two and Channel Five bridges. A marina is located across the harbour with gas, diesel and bait.
On premises a heated pool with jetted spa, two lighted tennis courts, club house with fitness center and a tiki hut for entertaining.
