Scraggy Neck is an exclusive gated community, 2 miles of private tree-lined roads for walking, biking etc. Private Beach located within walking distance. Relaxing home includes large farmers porch in front, large patio in back with outdoor shower, large gas grill and stereo sound. There is volleyball court on side complete with beach sand. Downstairs level includes beautiful front to back kitchen/ family room. Kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, granite counters. Family room with large screen TV and plenty of seating. Dining room easily accommodates 8-10. Also a library for reading, library has a pull-out coach for extra guests. Washer, dryer on downstairs level as well as half bath. Upstairs includes large master bedroom/bath with walk in closet. 2 bedrooms each with two single beds. Also loft with large pull-out coach. Full bath upstairs as well.
