This house is perfect for those who demand a superior quality rental home during their vacation stay. This house can sleep 10. It has one King Size bed and 3 Queen Size beds. There is also the ability to sleep another two with a raised inflatable queen sized bed which can be placed in the family room or theater room. There is a 7 speaker (Boston Acoustic / Onkyo) 7.1 high-watt surround sound theater room on the top level with a 65' SXRD Sony. Retractable skylights with shades are also placed in this theater room. There is also a wet bar and refrigerator located within the theater room.

One sky lit loft office is located on the top level. One multi-use Phone/Fax/Scan/Printer is placed in the office as well with unlimited local/long distance phone/fax (within U.S. and Canada). Connected to this office is a walkout balcony overlooking the Chicago Skyline. 2nd Level - 1 Master Bedroom with 1 Jacuzzi, stone stand up shower with body sprays, and walk-in closet.
