  • The remarkably spacious pine paneled Bathroom has clerestory windows for privacy, a roomy shower, and a ceiling fan. Plenty of hot water. Soaps, toilet tissue, and facial tissue are provided. The second bathroom is a Lavatory off the Living Room at the other end of the house.

  • The second bedroom is directly off the Queen Bedroom. This former 'sleeping porch' has sliding glass windows on three sides and TWIN BEDS. The Lounge (large family room), on the opposite end of the house, has a 'hi-rise' (trundle) couch which opens to TWO more TWIN BEDS. NOTE: Linens are not provided, except for bath mats and kitchen towels, but blankets and quilts are. The Queen bed has its own electric blanket.

The Little House is comfortably nestled on a quiet old-fashioned country dirt road that beckons one to walk (or bike) along it, if only to see what lies around the bend.

Great Barrington a mere 7 miles away, is famous for great shopping (Tom's Toys, Evergreen's gifts on Main Street, plus Seeds gifts and a great kitchen shop on famous Railroad Street). Also, the town has many, many what-kind-of-food-are-we-ready-for-tonight Restaurants. Stockbridge, gateway to Tanglewood, the Norman Rockwell Museum, Berkshire Botanical Gardens, the Red Lion Inn and Country Curtains, Berkshire Theatre Festval, Shakespeare & Co, and the town of Lenox is a 20 minute drive through a beautiful Berkshire valley that meets Route 7 at its other end.
