    There is a carrying charge of $100 for renters arriving after 11 PM.
  • Deposit:
    $200.00 - $500.00 required before dates can be reserved and blocked. Owner receives deposit payments via Pay Pal. Renter can use a bank account or a credit to make their deposit payment, after owner sends a Pay Pal bill to renters email address. Pay Pal is generally faster and will allow renter to reserve and block their dates from being sold to another rental party. Please note; deposits are non-refundable.
    Weekend Stay:
    Friday, Saturday and Sunday arrivals and departure dates are considered weekends. There is a $500.00 Minimum cost. Additional fees apply depending on the number of occupants or 5-6 people.

Apartment centrally located within 2-5 minutes of subway, buses, a supermarket, café, restaurants, stores, bank, Central Park West and Morningside Park. Subway: B, C, 2 and 3. Buses: 3,7,10, 116th, 118 Comomg soon! HSBC bank and a Duncan Donuts across the street from property.

Sublet Form Sublet Form: Via email this will be sent to the prospective renter who intends on reserving, and submitting a deposit in order to reserve their desired dates. This form must be filled out and received before dates can be reserved. Once form is completed by the renter and returned.
