Beautiful Palm Springs Vacation House - Escape to Palm Springs! Casanico: Beautiful private house. Secluded custom pool and spa. Great location near downtown Palm Springs. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (also available as a 2 bedroom house). Master with private bath and queen bed, guest with double bed and shared full bath, guest 2nd/study w/twin and desk and shared full bath, large living room with French doors, large Sony TV with DVD/VCR, breakfast room with additional TV, sliding glass doors from the dining and kitchen area opens to a patio and the pool which is protected by a 6 foot wall for privacy. The pool is designed with a quartzite decking and handmade tile with a waterfall spa that spills into the pool. There is a gas/lava rock barbecue on the patio. This is a beautiful comfortable house located in one of the nicest areas of Palm Springs just southeast of downtown.
