Playa Conchal Rental Property Information

Come enjoy pura vida (the good life) in our large family friendly condo. Relax on our expansive balcony with breath taking views of the ocean and Catalina Islands at sunset, the exotic wildlife, and the Robert Trent Jones II championship golf course. It's our home away from home, and we hope that it can be yours too! There is plenty of room for 8 people to feel comfortable in the living area, study and balcony, 3 bedrooms and 4 fullsize baths. As a guest of our condo you have full access to the new exclusive beach club where you can enjoy gourmet food, gym and spa facilities in a relaxing beach atmosphere. Bring the kids to a place where they can have fun in their own pool area at the Kids Corner. Spoil yourself with private chef services or stock your refrigerator prior to arrival from the Express market. Additionally, the club offers daily meal plan for adults ($110)and children ($65). The Concierge service will arrange for all activities from eco tours to restaurants.

Our Condo is located on Reserva Conchal with direct access to the beautiful Playa Conchal. You are 15 minutues from two well known beaches, Tamarindo (for surfing and shopping) and Flamingo, which has great body surfing waves. Most boating trips leave from one of these beaches. You are also next door to the National Park, Playa Grande, where you can watch leatherback turtles come lay their eggs. Just 1 1/2 hour away from the National Park, Rincon de la Vieja - the nearest volcano, hot springs and zip line tours at Buena Vista Lodge. However, the concierge can arrange for any tours you may wish to take, e.g., Volcano Arenal & the wonderful Tabacon Hot springs
