Brewster house Rental Property Information

The owners have done a masterful job furnishing and decorating in a beautiful beach motif. Outside, the landscaping is equally tasteful, using plantings native to the Cape. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and a terrace that is ideal for outdoor dining. Located only 200 feet from the beach, you have panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay from most of the house and grounds, especially the second level bedrooms that walk out to a house-width deck. Inside, you'll find all the amenities you could ever want, including central air conditioning, wireless Internet, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, etc. Finished lower level TV room has large sectional sofa with convertible bed. Located in the popular Ellis Landing Beach neighborhood of East Brewster, just off Route 6A. A walk or bike ride to shops along 6A -- fish market, restaurants, groceries, bakery, bookstore, pizza, organic produce, convenience store, liquor store. Famous Cape Cod Rail Trail bike paths run right through this part of town. Cape Cod League baseball games on Underpass Road just 10 minutes from your door. Nickerson State Park, with bike paths, hiking trails and several fresh water lakes, is only minutes away on Route 6A as well. Orleans center is 15 minutes away.
