The first floor has den with TV and wet bar, three bedrooms (1K, 2D & 1Q) off a deck & a screened porch. All have private baths.. Second floor has open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining room & great room with plasma TV with surround sound & stereo system and a sun deck. The master bedroom has a king sized bed & LCD TV and a screened porch. Master bath has whirlpool tub and large shower. Amenities: Elevator, 3 Cable TV's , 3 DVD's 2 VCR's, High Speed Internet, Answering Machine, Dishwasher, 2 Microwaves, Gas Grill, washer & dryer, central heat & air, outside shower, golf cart (must be 16 years old) and 2 bicycles. This house is located on a large private lot in an exclusive gated community. Positively no pets and no smoking.
