Food We are located very close to fine dining. There is a great place called 'Captain Dave's' on the beach that is within walking distance from the house. There are many seafood places located along the beach that one can drive to.

Ocean We are located at about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach where you can use the community beach house. There are two pools. Both are located 2 minutes away. There is a community shuttle that will provide rides to and from the beach.
