Port Ludlow house Rental Property Information

Across from the beach with wonderful views and a wrap around deck with full view of the beach and barbecue to relax and enjoy the beautiful summer weather. Two beach accesses come with this property. Many attractions close by including parks, hiking, biking, historic towns, resort close by to charter boats etc.. Master bedroom has full bath and private deck access. Sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortable. Kid friendly but no children under the age of four as this is a multilevel house. No pets and non smoking property.

Notes:

Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and barbecuing on the deck. The deck is immense and can seat 15 or more people with access from three separate doors including the kitchen and the master bedroom. The deck has wonderful water views (and sunsets from the mountains in the back). There are wonderful water views from the deck and from the main floor of the house. There is a full laundry room on first floor. The house is clean with remodeled bathrooms and newer carpet. It has the feel of a beach house but the comfort and amenities of a home. Two beach accesses are available - one to each side of the house across the street. A small boat launch is available for those with smaller boats that can be used for fishing, crabbing, shrimping, etc... There is also boat launch facilities available at the local Port Loudlow Beach Club resort- inquire with them for any applicable fees. Golf course, tennis, lakes and parks nearby. Tourist activities are endless as well.
