The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and comes fully equipped. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and the spacious great room has a fireplace, cable TV, VCR & DVD player. The master suite has a cal king size bed, two walk-in-closets, a private bath with separate tub & shower and a private sliding door that leads to the patio area, pool & spa. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the great room provides an additional queen size pull out bed. There are ceiling fans in every room.

There is a two car garage with additional space for a golf cart. The garage also has built in cabinets to store your golf bag, golf shoes, etc. 'Your Own Private Desert Paradise' is located in a quiet new gated community that has a beautiful mountain view of the Santa Rosa Mountains and is less than 1 mile to Fantasy Springs Casino.
