This charming cottage is located in the heart of Corona Del Mar -- a quaint, upscale village on the Pacific Ocean. You're never more than footsteps from fine dining or world renowned pizza - as well as the beach, shops and local events. This cozy cottage is fully equipped with all new furnishings, appliances and linens. The kitchen boasts a sub zero refrigerator, Italian cabinetry and concrete countertops. Enjoy watching the 42' plasma cable TV from the sectional chaise or relax with a good book in the leather recliner. Both bedrooms offer new queen mattresses and linens. Bring your best friend with you! Small pets are welcome (up to 20 pounds).

Location

Your seaside hideaway is conveniently located a short 30 minutes or less from other famous attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, to name a few. A five mile scenic drive along the Pacific Coast Highway will land you at Laguna Beach, a renowned artist colony with famous events like the Pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival. Balboa Island is two miles from your cottage where you can view the marina and have access to another beach, restaurants and shops. From here, take a ferry ride to the Balboa Peninsula where you will find the Balboa Fun Zone (arcades, ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and more), Historic Balboa Pavilion and Restaurant (a famous Newport Beach landmark). Also from the Peninsula you can take the Catalina Express Boat to Catalina Island!
