This is a beautiful 2 bedroom home in San Pancho that is an 8 minute walk to the beach. This is one great little village. Excellent restaurants and excellent quiet beautiful beaches. Our home is new and has a pool and is great for 2 to 4 people. We love our home and so will you!! San Pancho is the quiet little secret for the Mexican Coast. Once you have come to the village you never want to leave! Just 10 minutes away from Sayulita.
