It is tucked away in a peaceful lagoon known as the Sand Pointe Cove, which opens into the North Sound, and with all the amenities you need for a memorable Caribbean vacation experience. This is a prime vacation area of Grand Cayman’s pristine North Coast, on a secluded sandy beach but away from the hustle and bustle of George Town and Seven Mile Beach, but a short walk to great snorkeling, other watersports and dive facilities, and a popular bar and grill/restaurant. It’s across the street from Rum Point Club, a short drive to North Side and East End, and on to George Town and the other districts. Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Lanai Seating Both bedrooms in Kai Kotch are individually air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans. The downstairs living area is ventilated by ceiling fans and the natural breezes of the tradewinds. This gives Kai Kotch a true Caribbean 'inside-outside' casual and relaxed feel. The living room and dining area both have large sliding glass doors that open directly onto a large screened lanai, with 'wet-swimsuit-proof' cool and comfortable screen fabric seating in lounge chairs and at a breakfast table on the lanai.
