Pelican Roost is a marvelous beach house. 2 floors of living space plus pool and 4 decks. The name comes from our top deck that gives you awe inspiring views of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway.
The front entry hall, 2 bedrooms and a bath, the laundry area and the garage are on the first floor. You may enter the pool area from this level, or from outside. A center stairway leads up to the huge well equipped open kitchen, living area with fold out sofa, gas fireplace and sliders out to the 1st of three levels of deck on the front. 1 more bedroom and a bath, and a den with twin fold outs are on the 2nd floor. The screened rear upper deck in the treetops is accessed from the bedroom or the den. It is huge, and you'll feel as though you are living in a tree house - a BIG tree house! Dinner is cool and romantic and evenings are comfortable out back. You won't want to leave.
