Ocean front view with private beach. 1/2 mile from Garrafon Park, you can even swim to get there. By simply snorkeling in front of the house you'll find all the local fish species just under the private pier, where you can dock a boat or be picked up by a tour boat.

Tour to the see the Shark Whales, the biggest fish on earth, are available in certain time. Tours for Xcaret, Chichen Itza, Tulum are also available from Isla. Isla Mujeres is 7 miles long so a Golf cart can be your transportation on the Island, golf cart, bikes, motorcycles rental are available all year. If you prefer to rent a car, ferry boat cross you over between Cancun and Isla.

Another palapa near the sea cover another beach so you can relax and enjoy the view while drinking a beer or an ice tea. If you plan to tan a little bit, you will love to rest in the beautiful white sand of the Villa beach.
