This park offers many activities, such as, horse riding, cross country circuits, baseball, soccer, etc. It has a public swimming pool open in the summers, a golf court, lake, etc. On Broadway/242nd St, you will find tennis courts also open to the public.
The subway to Manhattan is a few blocks away. There are buses to the subway, buses to the train station that will take you to Gran Central, express buses to the West and East side of the city and limo services.
If you are planning on renting a car, parking is available on/off the street.
There are many restaurants that will deliver to the villa. Fine dinning is available within minutes, as well as supermarkets, beauty salons, Post Office, etc.
