Centrally located We often are asked how close the apartment is to some of the more popular tourist attractions in Paris. The French metro (subway) system is extremely inexpensive and easy to navigate. You can reach virtually anywhere in Paris in less than 1/2 hour via the metro. The closest metro stop to the apartment is 'Lamark' about 3 blocks away.

Safety The apartment is located on a quiet well lit cobblestone street closed to car traffic yet literally within minutes you could be among the throngs of tourists at Sacre Couer. The neighborhood is extremely safe.

Montmartre The area boasts Sacre Couer, the not to be missed famous church but also contains the popular plaza ringed by art galleries, cafes and fine bars and restaurants (open til all hours), which contain some of the most gifted caricature artists in the world. For a small fee and in about 10 minutes you can have a personalized souvenir of your stay in Paris.
