In the heart of sports events ! Walk to lots of great restaurants, and shopping.

Amenities with attention to detail WIFI and computer provided. Gas BBQ. New beds : 1 Queen Memory foam , 1 Queen Plush, and a Double/ Twin Futon bunk with new coil mattresses . The kitchen is furnished with microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker and grinder, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, wine and beer glasses, serving plates and bowls, baking ware,spices,cookbooks, utensils, kids plates and cups, placemats, cloth napkins, and tablecloth. Clock radios and reading lamps are in each bedroom . High chairs, stuffed animals, books, games, and toys for the little ones. Books and games for the adults, too. Beach towels, coolers, and a thermos also provided. Just added : binoculars for the fabulous bird and water sport watching . There is even a sprinkler for playing in the water on hot days !
