Punta Mita condo Rental Property Information

This property is the only beach front condominium development inside the private gates of Punta Mita and also one of only 8 ground floor condos directly on the beach with ocean views and easy access to the waves. Great surfing!!! Only a few footsteps separate you from the beach and a beautiful consistent winter and summer surf break. Unless you have a boat, only you and the other Punta Mita residents have access to other challenging Pacific swells as well. In fact it can get down right lonely surfing out there...just you and your friends! Where are the California crowds? The spacious (3500 sq. feet) living area plus extra covered patio (available only on ground floor units) and grass area for lounging will ensure hours of fun and relaxation. This ground floor condo on the beach is so convenient especially for families. Forgot your sunglasses? No need to gather your belongings and take the elevator back to your condo.
