South Dennis farmhouse Rental Property Information

This beautiful year round family home is conveniently located & offers views of Swan Pond. Short drive to North or South side beaches. The open floor plan is truly relaxing with it's large kitchen area, dining area with slider to deck & great room with plenty of seating and built in entertainment center (DVDs, CDs). Nice den with TV and Internet access. Laundry is on the 1st floor in a full bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. There is a great outdoor shower on the rear deck and a wrap around farmers porch (with hammock) on the shaded front facing sides. The home is down a short gravel cul-de-sac allowing for quiet relaxation. The grounds are gorgeous with a nice herb garden, vegetable garden, green house, and lots of perennial plantings. The back lawn is about the size of a half scale soccer field. Available by the month or season, Weeklt in the month of June. Inquire about seasonal rate.

West Dennis beach is only a little over a mile away and the North side beaches are about 6 miles. Cape Playhouse, antiquing, museums & restaurants are all nearby. You can book a fishing charter with Capt Ray at Bass River Charters for bass, blues, shark or tuna. There are also 2 golf courses in town, Dennis Highlands & Dennis Pines, as well as many others in the area.
