Has its own private launch ramp , we have extra chairs and tables for large groups if you let us know in advance. We also have a ez up you can use down at the beach. there is a fire pit on the beach to cook smores or just sit around and tell stories .we have firewood you can use. We also have life jackets for the kayak and paddle boat you may use. It is 110 ft of private beach!

Why spend your vacation Traveling? Launch you boat from the on site private launch ramp. Pick up those who want to go out and easy drop off for others wanting to return to the house to relax. Close enough to any where in So. Cal. to commute to work if needed as well. Feed the Ducks from the shore or just relax on the Beach and watch the action. The nights are gorgeous as the lights reflect across the Lake, The Hugh terrace and balconies will handle large crowds and the fire pit makes a great gathering area. The property is a spacious one and a half acres, There is parking that will accommodate 15 plus cars. Brand new impressive Golf Course nearby behind Diamond Stadium. Also we love to take walks on the Levy's walking trail (about miles long) on the Lake. There is a bird sanctuary on the Levy that has Pelicans, Grebes, Ducks, Geese, Egrets, Seagulls, and many other Aquatic birds. The water quality has dramatically improved with the addition of the aeration system that pumps thousands of gallons of air into the lake.

Family reunions Weddings and Events There are not many places like this that will accommodate a large crowd pleasantly. The Home seems to overflow to the large balconies that view the lake. There are two dining tables on the balcony with seating for 12 and other patio furniture to seat another 10 people. Two 850 square feet bunk houses (guys and gals) provides proficient space to handle the younger crowd of cousins and friends that want to be together, There are about 40 very nice padded chairs and 5 foldaway tables and two 12 x 12 easy ups . We also have a large beach umbrella you can use with a granite base that is already in place on the beach. there is a roll out dock that is fun for the kids and adults alike to fish from or just sit There is a very large grass back yard that is mostly gated and a huge sandy beach down by the lake. The over sized overflow parking helps accommodate a large crowd. The kitchen is very large and has lots of counter tops. This is a house that just feels comfortable with a lot of peopl
