This lovely apartment is located on Via dei Ginori, in the historic centre of Florence in a XV century building, which belonged to Ginori, a noble Florentine family. For those who wish to live in a historical, classical Florentine house, it is an unique opportunity: wooden beams, Florentine “cotto” (terracotta) floors, stone doorposts in “pietra serena”, a XV century frescoed frieze in the bedroom, a noble emblem in stone in the living room where there is also a wonderful fireplace.

The property This apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor (without a lift) and is composed of a living room with 2 single beds set up as sofas, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a King-size bed (that can be separated and set up as 2 single beds) and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a small bathroom off the living room without a shower or a tub. There is also a small terrace. The apartment includes air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (local and incoming calls only), free ADSL Internet connection, CD and DVD player, a microwave and an electrical oven, a washing machine, a clothes dryer and 2 hairdryers. The size of the apartment is about 120 square metres. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Rates and check-in and check out time. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, Internet ADSL connection, linens, towels and final cleaning. Maid service on request.
