Located in an upscale residential neighborhood, on a charming brick road, this 2 acre property features a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with screened in porch, a huge patio facing golden sunsets and wonderful green lawns leading to a Private sugar sand beach. No bluffs or long stairways, just a quick walk over a private sand dune. Once you have arrived you will never have to leave the back yard to enjoy everything this home has to offer.

Features Features include a fully furnished island kitchen, spacious living room and family room offering a 42” flat screen TV, cable and Internet ready. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with private full bath and beautiful lake views. Bedrooms 2 & 3 include queen beds and bedroom 4 a full size bed. The attached screened in patio leads out onto a beautiful spacious deck perfect for relaxing with a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Parking in front is easy for 5+ cars and the garage includes a second refrigerator. The first floor offers ramps to patio and back yard and modified full bath making it entirely handicapped accessible.

Surroundings Located just 2 hours from downtown Chicago, St. Joseph offers shopping, local art fairs, festivals, wineries, weekend farmers markets and fine dining just a short drive up the road. For you boaters, a full service marina is located at the end of the street not a half-mile away! Bring your boats and jet skis anchor them off of your private beach and have fun! The Ridgeway House has hosted family reunions, bridal and baby shower vacations, anniversary parties, corporate getaways, even weddings! We will work with you to accommodate any special events planned during your stay. Our only rule while you stay with us is that you place your beach chair “in the water”!!
