Walk to the beach in 2 minutes via public beach access ramps which are just a short stroll from the house, and enjoy the lavish ocean side pool with shuffleboards, gas grilles and volleyball for your beach side enjoyment. It's just minutes to local Daytona attractions and nearby Orlando attractions. Enjoy a hot dog or some wings at Tom Renick Park which is walking distance for you and the children. Restaurants, shopping malls and groceries are nearby and within walking distance or just a short bike ride. Bikers, keep your bikes secure in our attached garage.
