Skiing Both downhill and cross country skiing available. Within minutes of ski slopes, Holiday Valley offers over 56 runs for day skiing and 37 runs for night skiing. Ski & snowboard lessons, babysitting, equipment rentals are all available at the ski resort. Fun for the whole family with tubing runs, there are some little runs for children under 5. The top elevation is 2250'.

Summer Activities, Golf, Mountain Biking, Spa The ski hill turning into a scenic golf course. There are golf lessons & club rentals available. Mountain biking, hiking trails, even swimming a spa services are available at Holiday Valley - just minutes from this townhouse location. The outdoor pool opens May 26 - Jun 17 only on weekends. Jun 18-Sept 3 it will be open daily 12 pm. - 7 p.m. There is a large pool with lifeguard for family fun. And, an adult-only pool for peace and serenity.

Overall Rest and Relaxation This property backs onto the park, is in walking distance to the quaint village of Ellicottville & is minutes from skiing, tubing & golf.
